About Betech
A specialist with roots all the way back to early 20th century
With around 75 employees, Betech specializes in products and parts based on rubber and other polymers: gaskets and seals, tubes and profiles, moulded parts, bellows, vibration dampers and other technical components.
Through a shared management team, cooperation with the Chinese sister company Codan Tech is very close and integrated. Own production sites in Denmark and China, a sales company at Norway and a wide manufacturing network around the world make us probably the most versatile and agile supplier of sealings and polymer products for industries in Scandinavia, Europe and Asia.

On 1st April 2015, Betech arised as joint organisation from the two Danish sister companies Betech Seals and Codan Tech. All the wellknown market activities and product specialties are continued unlimitedly by Betech − one gathered firm focusing on improvements to the costumers' technical products.
With roots going all the way back to 1908 Codan Tech was known during more than 100 years as a competent and market-driven manufacturer of moulded rubber and silicone parts.
The story of Betech Seals started back in 1922 when it was founded as a tool trading company but since the 1980s focused solely on technical articles and sealing components for technical industries: Flat gaskets, seals, technical profiles, bellows and vibration dampers.
January 2012, a common sales office was established under the name Polymeric Solutions at Stavanger in Norway.
We consider the origin year of our company to be 1922 when the trading company Ferd. Johansen was established - even though some of our roots actually date back to 1908 and the pioneers in the Danish rubber industry.
During the anniversary year 2022, a series of short journalistic stories in Danish were published here on the website. Through fifteen visits back in history, we follow the remarkable development from the entrepreneurial start in 1922 to the company we know today as Betech. In collaboration with four other Addtech subsidiaries, Betech has established an office in Chennai in south-eastern India.
The common denominator for the Addwind Group is that all companies have a highly relevant product range for the wind turbine industry – and delivers specialized solutions to the industry in Europe, China, the USA, and South and Central America.
Demand and activity continue to increase in India and the local Addwind representative - Country Sales Manager, C.Nachiappan Chockalingam - shall pave the way for the participating companies' engagement with OEM manufacturers and system suppliers for renewable energy solutions.
