Sealing solutions for linear power transmission equipment such as actuators, pneumatics, and rods and pistons in hydraulic cylinders.
Hydraulic seals
Bearing strips
Bearing strips are primarily intended to prevent metal-to-metal contact in hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.
Scraper rings (Wipers)
Scraper rings (wipers) designate profiles that are mounted as the outer part of a sealing configuration. The primary function of the scraper is to prevent destructive foreign bodies from penetrating the cylinder.
Rod seals
Rod seals designate seals that act against a moving piston rod. The material may be a TPE seal or a PTFE seal with an elastomer as an activator.
Piston seals
Piston seals designate seals which are mounted on the piston and thereby act against the inner tube in a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder. The material may be a TPE seal or a PTFE seal with an elastomer as an activator.
PTFE seal, O-ring activated (piston rod)
In this sealing configuration, an O-ring is used as activator in a linear/rotary dynamic application. The PTFE sealing part usually have a groove in the profile that acts as oil reservoir.
PTFE seal, O-ring activated (cylinder inner tube)
In this sealing configuration, an O-ring is used as activator in a linear/rotary dynamic application. The PTFE sealing part usually have a groove in the profile that acts as oil reservoir.
